Tyler, is such a nice person. He quickly identified what was wrong with my iPad. He repaired my iPad on the spot (it was something minor). Saved me a trip to Syracuse. I will continue to do business with Connecting Point. Thanks for the courteous and professional service. Very positive experience.

Tap into these guys for service. They are excellent, and friendly. Have had them work on my computers and have purchased PCs from them. I just had a problem with a virus pop up (which locked my screen) and called them and they got me out of what I considered to be a major issue, and they handled it for me over the phone, as if it was a mere speed bump. I am back on my previously frozen computer and rolling forward thanks to their rapid and capable response. (I've moved away from their locale 3 years ago and I still have them as my computer resource. I am an hour away, but go back to them still as needed because they are knowledgeable, and great to work with.)

Fred G. and his outstanding staff have been an extraordinary resource for me ever since I began with my first Apple computer. Their service is second to none, and they have always gone out of their way to assist me, teaching me about how to best utilize the myriad of products I have purchased from them over the past four decades. I highly recommend Connecting Point in every possible way!

I almost went out and bought a new iMAC because mine was running so slow, just above paperweight status. It is 6 yrs old so I didn't hold out much hope to save it. I took it into Connecting Point Computers in hopes that they might be able to do something. I am not sure the name of the young gentleman that first helped me. He did show me some refurbished MACs that they have, but my storage capabilities were much larger on my current machine so he convinced me to let them take a look a look at it first, and if they couldn't fix it, then we could talk about alternatives. Because replacing the size that I had would be close to $3,000.00! The following business day they called me and told me it was my hard drive, and they felt by replacing that I could have my computer back up and running in tip top shape. The price was very reasonable, and I just couldn't believe it could be that easy. Well thanks to Tyler, it was! He was so helpful, and explained in detail what he would be doing, and not only that, it would be ready the next day!! The computer runs like new and I am beyond happy with the service and the results! Thank you Tyler, thank you Connecting Point staff, I will not hesitate
